1) Privacy and security policy

1.1) When Confirming Your Booking : When booking your reservation with Resorthotel.net, our Payment Guarantee System ensures the safe use of your credit card for travel transactions.

1.2) The Latest Encryption Security and Technology : Our secure online information form uses the latest encryption technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which means that all of the information you enter is sent to our secure server and can only be read by our Customer Reservation Department.

2) Resorthotel's Confidentiality and Privacy

We take confidentiality and privacy very seriously and we will not nodify, copy, distribute, transmit, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal profile information

3) Cancellation policy

3.1) Cancellation Policy : Our Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings which are confirmed and prepaid unless the hotel you have booked with has different terms and conditions to those stated below. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly if this is the case with your booking.

All cancellation requests or any amendments must be in writing ( fax or email ) , and please quote your booking ID e.g. ID 19820 or PNR number ( if any)

If, for any reasons, you do not utilise your reservation and have failed to cancel it in the above mentioned manner, you may be liable for the full amount of your booking.

** If you wish to cancel your booking please advise us as early as possible. **

For 1 night stays only, if a one night cancellation fee is applied, no additional administration fee will be charged.

Cancellation policy for bookings in Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi Island, Khao Lak, Pha-Ngan Island, , Samui Island and Trang from November - 31 Jan Please See below:

3.2) No Show Policy :If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is classed as a No Show. In this case, full charge of your total booking cost will be applied.

3.3) Reduction of Length of Stay Or Amendment of Room Category- : If you need to shorten your booking during your stay, you must inform the Reservation Desk at the hotel as well as our Resorthotel's office, to receive your refund. If the hotel charge us for your remaining nights we will do also, where as if the hotel do not charge us we will not charge you. In addition a 25 percent administration fee will be applied of your remaining stay.

If you amended your room category to be lower category, we will refund to you the remaining balance, In addition a 25 percent administration fee will be applied.

3.4) Extension of Stay : If, after your arrival, you wish to extend your stay at the same or different hotel, please contact our local office so that you are not charged the full room rate from the hotel.



3.5) Refund Policy:

All bookings paid by American Express Card and Other type of Credit Cards, except Visa and Master Card, will be charged an additional Thai Baht 300 for the Refund Fee.

All bookings paid by Visa and Master Card: No Refund Fee

3.6) Charge Back Policy: In the case that you are not certain what the charge on your credit card is for and you request a charge back with your bank, if we can prove to the bank that you have made the booking and paid through us, we reserve the right to recharge your credit card for the original amount which we charged to your card plus a charge back fee of Thai Baht 1,500 per each charge back request.
